the wonder fill challenge

As author Diane Ackerman said, “I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.” I want to start each day ready to take on the world, and I want to end each day feeling like I made the most of it.

Regardless of where you are, where you’ve been, or where you’re headed, life is too short to waste a single moment. Don’t let fear or doubt stop you from experiencing the wonder in every day.

Live the width with us by joining our monthly challenge groups. Each challenge is designed to motivate you to be the best you possible and to embrace the life before you.

Mindfulness challenge

September 2019

It’s hard to believe it’s September already. Summer is coming to an end. The kiddos have headed back to school. It’s a bittersweet time of year. While we hate to see the summer fun end, getting back to a normal routine has it’s benefits. This month, we challenge you to set aside some time for mindfulness meditation. Even just five minutes a day to sit and just breathe can have a huge impact on your health. Commit to being more present, to seeking more balance, and to being the best you possible. If you choose to take the challenge, RSVP to our September challenge group. We’ll check in with you to encourage you and to provide you with inspiration.

Family Dinner challenge

october 2019

Fall is in the air. It’s football season, and the holidays are just around the corner. The next few months are typically hectic, so before the holiday season takes us by storm, let’s commit ourselves to taking time for family. The Wonder Fill challenge for this month is to carve out time for dinner. Gather your people at least once a weak. Put the devices away and engage in conversation. If you choose to take the challenge, RSVP to our October challenge group. We’ll send you a reminder or two as well as our favorite family dinner recipes.

Let’s get reading

november 2019

Fiction, biography, self-help…it doesn’t matter. Just find something good and take seat. Set aside twenty minutes a day, or more if you have it. Put down the phone. Turn off the television. And turn on your mind.

We just ask one favor, if you love your book, don’t keep it to yourself. We are always looking for the next great read.
